Agency wallet, top-ups and invoices

How prepaid works in Pixchoose, how to top up your balance, and where to grab VAT invoices.

Pixchoose runs on a prepaid model: the agency tops up a wallet and each gallery is charged from that balance when it is created (the Create and pay button). If the balance is too low, the form shows how much is missing and links to the top-up page.

How to top up

  1. Open Wallet in the menu.
  2. Enter the gross amount, confirm your invoicing details, and proceed to PayU checkout.
  3. Once the payment clears (usually a few minutes) your balance is credited and the VAT invoice shows up in your history.

The wallet history lists entries such as Gallery created and Gallery upgrade (a bigger package or longer retention).

New agencies

Every new agency gets a one-off starter credit (~50 PLN) added to the wallet at signup, so you can try the platform without paying first.
