Agency wallet, top-ups and invoices

Pixchoose runs on a prepaid model: the agency tops up a wallet and the cost of every published event is deducted from that balance at publish time.

How to top up

1. Click the balance in the top nav (right-hand side) or go to Top up.
2. Enter the gross amount, confirm your invoicing details, and proceed to PayU checkout.
3. Once the payment clears (usually a few minutes) your balance is credited and the VAT invoice shows up in your history.

New agencies

Every new agency gets a one-off starter credit (~50 PLN) added to the wallet at signup, so you can try the platform without paying first.
