How Pixchoose works — platform overview

Three steps from upload to your client's final selection. A quick primer for new agencies.

Pixchoose is an online photo-selection platform. The day-to-day looks like this:

  1. Create an event — in the Agency panel click Events → New, pick a plan (Session or Gallery) and upload photos.
  2. Share the link — once the event is published you get a single link to send to the client. No signup on their side.
  3. Receive the selection — when the client submits, you see the picks instantly in your panel. For galleries you can download a ZIP of the selected files.

Billing runs off the agency wallet — the plan cost is charged the moment the event is published.
